Welcome to Midweek Feel Good Flow Vinyasa
The Wednesday classes give you a chance for a check-in with yourself in the middle of the week, to clear out some mental fog and also generate some energy.
A slow, meditative flow to reign in an overactive mind. Learn to sync the breath with movement to bring you into a deep presence and calm. The classes in June are steady-paced Vinyasa inspired classes. filled with twists and bends to move new energy throughout the body. It is not about a destination or peak pose but more about the moment to moment tasting whatever comes through.
In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. The practice can feel a lot like a meditation in movement and is a wonderful way to drop out of the head and into the body.
The classes will be held each Wednesday in June online via zoom.
