Welcome to Midweek Feel Good Flow Vinyasa.

The classes throughout May are designed to keep you grounded and connect you with the earth. Our first chakra represents our foundation. We form the foundation of all yoga poses by pushing down into the earth. Without a feeling of groundedness, we can feel nervous, fearful and flighty.

Establishing this quality of grounding, the classes will at the same time support you in flowing with ease and grace.

So that you leave feeling not just grounded and rooted, but also a little lighter and free.


Yoga asana becomes a practice of movement meditation when the continuous flow of breath and mind are consciously synchronized and unified.

The Godfather of Yoga, often referred to as Krishnamacharya, highlighted Vinyasa as an artful approach to living. We are invited to apply the awareness and skill of Yoga to all aspects and rhythms of life, including our relationships, work, personal development and self-care.

Vinyasa offers a lot of freedom and can feel a lot like dancing with its fluid transitions. A a constant reminder to move in harmony with the body, not in argument. My teachings reflect a fusion of breath, movement and stillness and invite you to intuitively explore your tensions and limitations, connecting breath with movement and finding strength within your softness and softness within your strength. 

The classes will be held each Wednesday in May online via zoom.
