Spring my friends. Yin Yoga is a wonderful practice to reverse some of the stagnation we still hold in our bones and skin from Winter. The classes are suitable for beginners as well as regular practitioners.

Prenatal Yoga in May
The classes will focus on breath, relaxation, self-massage, strengthening and gentle stretching so that you are better able to enjoy this precious time. They are gentle and very accessible at any stage of the pregnancy.
