Join me on a retreat to step back from our busy lives. To reconnect and look into nature, the nature of the physical world as well as the nature of the mind. Retreats provide a wonderful opportunity to be in community, to be in silence, to share your practice in a safe environment and to unfold in the inner and outer landscapes. Retreats hold space for quiet reflection and allow time for deep integration.

It is said that when you take your practice to places that have been charged with the energy of meditation and prayer there is a profound opportunity to awaken. Join me and Himalayan Hermitage facilitator & co-founder Sisse Budolfsen on this incredible 14 day yoga and meditation journey. Explore Nepal and its most sought after sacred sites in the Kathmandu valley as we weave yoga and meditation practices into our days, combined with hikes in stunning nature.
This journey is a unique experience practicing with a group of yogis out in nature, nourished by healthy food, fresh air, staying in beautiful resorts and mesmerizing monasteries. Nepal is unlike any other country, sitting in the midst of the majestic Himalayan mountain range, a place that has been attracted by spiritual seekers for centuries. The rich cultures of Buddhism and Hinduism are still the heart of every day life, a living tradition that one can see, touch, feel and be a part of.
Whether you are a beginner or practice yoga and meditation regularly, we invite you to come and enjoy the powerful energy, peace and surroundings of this unique opportunity to retreat in Nepal.

Unlike many other parts of the world, Nepal has very much opened up its borders to foreigners and travelers. At the moment, the only requirement for traveling to Nepal is to show a negative PCR test upon arrival, and travelers are recommended to do another test once in Nepal. If the result is negative, travelers are free to continue their travels without quarantine.
Anyone who signs up to a journey or who has already signed up will be able to get a full refund or to transfer their deposit onto a future journey.
